A customer in Syria shares field photos after receiving a mixed RUNTX diesel forklift fleet consisting of two CPCD30 units, one CPCD50 and one CPCD70 for daily industrial material handling.
For many industrial buyers, one forklift capacity is not enough to cover every job efficiently. A machine that is ideal for everyday pallet handling may be unnecessarily large for light work, while a smaller forklift may not have enough reserve capacity for heavier materials.
That is why a customer in Syria chose a mixed-capacity solution from RUNTX rather than purchasing four identical machines. The order included two CPCD30 3-ton diesel forklifts, one CPCD50 5-ton forklift and one CPCD70 7-ton diesel forklift.
After the equipment arrived, the customer sent us a set of real delivery and warehouse photos. The images show the forklifts being unloaded locally and later parked together inside the customer’s facility, ready for daily operation.
For us, this kind of feedback is valuable because it shows more than a finished machine at the factory. It shows that the complete process—from production and export shipping to local unloading and fleet deployment—has reached the customer successfully.

A Mixed Fleet Built Around Different Daily Loads
The logic behind this order was straightforward: not every load requires a 7-ton forklift.
The two CPCD30 units give the customer flexible 3-ton capacity for routine material movement, general warehouse work and frequent loading or unloading tasks. Because these machines are more compact than the larger models, they are better suited to jobs where maneuverability and operating frequency matter more than maximum lifting capacity.
RUNTX’s CPCD30 3 Ton Diesel Forklift has a rated capacity of 3,000 kg and a standard 3,000 mm lift height. It is one of the most practical capacity classes for general industrial use.
The CPCD50 adds another level of capability. With a rated capacity of 5,000 kg, it can take on heavier materials and larger industrial loads without forcing the customer to use the biggest machine for every task. Buyers comparing this capacity range can also view the RUNTX 3–5 Ton Diesel Forklift Series.
For the heaviest work in this fleet, the customer selected the CPCD70. The 7-ton class provides additional capacity for denser cargo, machinery components and heavy industrial materials that would be beyond the efficient working range of the smaller forklifts.
From International Shipping to Local Unloading
The first two customer photos capture an important part of the project that buyers often overlook: what happens after the forklifts reach the destination.
Heavy equipment delivery is not simply a matter of placing a machine on a ship. The receiving side also needs to consider unloading space, lifting equipment, access conditions and how the forklift will be moved safely into the working area.
In this case, a local truck-mounted crane was used to unload the forklifts from the transport vehicle. Protective covering remained on parts of the machines during the process to help reduce the chance of cosmetic damage during handling.
Once unloaded, the forklifts were moved into the customer’s industrial facility. The final image, showing the four machines lined up inside the warehouse, gives a clear view of the completed delivery rather than just the shipping stage.
The Syrian customer received a four-unit mixed-capacity diesel forklift fleet, completed local unloading successfully and moved the machines into the facility for operational use.

Why Mixed-Capacity Fleets Can Make Better Business Sense
For a small or medium-sized operation, buying the largest forklift available for every task usually does not make financial sense.
A 7-ton forklift occupies more space and carries a higher purchase cost than a 3-ton model. If the majority of daily loads fall comfortably within the 3-ton range, using the larger machine for all routine movements can be unnecessary.
By combining different capacities, the customer can assign the machine according to the actual load. Lighter, higher-frequency work can stay with the CPCD30 units. Medium-duty tasks can move to the CPCD50, while the CPCD70 remains available when heavier loads require additional lifting capacity.
This kind of fleet planning is particularly useful for factories, building-material businesses, distributors and logistics operators whose daily cargo weights vary significantly.
It also creates some operational backup. With two CPCD30 units available, routine work does not depend entirely on a single forklift.
Factory-Direct Supply for Multi-Unit and Small-Batch Orders
Projects like this are also a good example of why factory-direct procurement can be useful for buyers who are building a small fleet rather than purchasing only one machine.
RUNTX supports both single-unit orders and small-batch fleet purchasing. A customer can combine different capacities in one project instead of being restricted to one model.
Depending on the destination and application, OEM/ODM options can include body color, branding, engine configuration, mast requirements, tires and attachments. For international customers, our team can also assist with export documentation and shipping coordination.
Distributors and rental companies planning larger purchases can request small-batch wholesale pricing, while independent companies can still start with one or several units according to their actual budget and workload.

Real Delivery Feedback Matters More Than a Factory Photo
A product page can show specifications and factory images, but customer feedback tells a different part of the story.
In this Syrian project, the equipment was not photographed only before shipment. The customer shared images after the machines had reached the destination, during unloading and again after all four forklifts were moved into the working facility.
That full sequence gives future buyers a more realistic picture of an international forklift purchase: manufacturing is only one part of the process. Proper export preparation, transport coordination and successful local receipt are equally important.
