20 Customized CPD30 3-Ton Electric Forklifts Prepared for Indonesia

Bulk Electric Forklift Fleet Delivery Case

RUNTX completed a 20-unit order of customized CPD30 3-ton electric forklifts for an Indonesian customer, including custom fleet colors, pre-shipment load testing and coordinated export loading.

For a distributor or industrial fleet buyer, ordering twenty forklifts is very different from ordering one.

The challenge is no longer simply whether a single machine can meet the specification. The entire batch needs to be produced consistently, the customer’s requested configuration needs to remain uniform across all units, and every forklift must pass inspection before the fleet is released for shipment.

Recently, RUNTX completed a batch order of 20 CPD30 3-ton electric forklifts for a customer in Indonesia. The project included a customer-selected body color, factory batch production, pre-shipment testing and final loading preparation for export.

The photos from this project capture several stages of the process: completed machines inside the factory, one CPD30 undergoing a load test before shipment, and the fleet being prepared for transport.

For customers planning a larger order, this gives a much clearer picture of what factory-direct fleet procurement looks like beyond the quotation stage.

A Customized 20-Unit CPD30 Fleet for Indonesia

The customer selected the CPD30 because the 3-ton capacity class offers a practical balance between load capability and maneuverability for warehouse, manufacturing and logistics work.

RUNTX’s current 1–3 ton 4-wheel electric forklift platform includes the CPD30 with a rated capacity of 3,000 kg, a 500 mm load center and a standard lifting height of 3,000 mm. The published specification also lists an 80V / 300Ah battery configuration, a 10 kW drive motor and a 12 kW lifting motor for the CPD30 platform.

Buyers who want to compare this capacity with smaller electric models can review the RUNTX 1–3 Ton 4-Wheel Electric Forklift Series, where the CPD20, CPD25 and CPD30 share the same product family.

What makes this Indonesian order more distinctive is the customized fleet color. Instead of using a standard stock finish, the customer requested a specific turquoise-blue body color for the batch.

For distributors and larger fleet operators, this kind of OEM customization can be more than cosmetic. A consistent fleet appearance helps reinforce brand identity, makes equipment easier to recognize across multiple sites and allows dealers to present machines under a more unified local-market image.

Why Batch Consistency Matters More on a 20-Unit Order

When twenty machines are being produced together, consistency becomes part of the quality requirement.

The forklifts should not only share the same color. Mast configuration, battery system, controls, tires, electrical components and ordered accessories also need to match the confirmed specification.

For a buyer operating the machines as one fleet, this can make a real difference later. Operators do not need to adapt to different control layouts. Maintenance teams can work around the same electrical and mechanical platform. Spare-parts planning also becomes easier because the buyer is not managing twenty completely different machines.

That is particularly valuable for rental companies and distributors. Standardizing the fleet simplifies training, servicing and stock management after the equipment reaches the local market.

The two factory photos in this project show the forklifts together before shipment, which provides a useful visual record of the completed batch rather than only showing one sample machine.

Pre-Shipment Load Testing Before the Fleet Leaves the Factory

One of the most important photos from this order shows a CPD30 undergoing a load test before shipment.

The test load shown in the image consists of blocks marked 1,000 kg and 2,000 kg, giving a combined nominal load of 3,000 kg. This matches the rated capacity class of the CPD30 and allows the factory team to verify the machine under load before the unit is released for export.

The purpose of this stage is not simply to show that the forks can rise. A pre-delivery inspection should also confirm normal mast movement, hydraulic response, steering, braking and basic operating functions before the customer receives the equipment.

Project Highlight:
The Indonesian fleet consisted of 20 customized CPD30 electric forklifts. Before shipment, the batch went through factory inspection, including a visible 3,000 kg load test on the CPD30 platform, before the machines were prepared for export.

For international buyers, this step is particularly important. Once a machine has crossed the ocean, even a small avoidable issue becomes more inconvenient and expensive to solve than it would have been at the factory.

That is why pre-shipment testing is one of the most valuable stages in a bulk equipment order.

Why Electric Forklifts Make Sense for a Larger Fleet

For many warehouse and industrial customers, electric forklifts become increasingly attractive when the number of machines grows.

A larger internal-combustion fleet means more engine oil, filters, fuel systems and routine engine-related maintenance. Electric forklifts use a simpler drive system and produce no tailpipe emissions during operation, which makes them especially well suited to indoor logistics and manufacturing environments.

For a 20-unit fleet, standardization around electric equipment can also simplify energy planning. Battery charging can be organized around shifts and breaks, while operators work with a consistent machine platform.

The important part is matching the battery and charging strategy to the actual duty cycle. A single-shift warehouse may have very different requirements from a multi-shift distribution center running almost continuously.

This is why RUNTX discusses battery type, capacity and charging requirements as part of the fleet configuration rather than treating the battery as an afterthought.

From Factory Floor to Export Loading

Once production and inspection were complete, the final stage was preparing the twenty machines for transport.

Bulk forklift shipments require more coordination than a single-unit order because container space, machine positioning and shipment timing all need to be planned around the batch.

The final loading photo from this project records that transition from completed factory fleet to export shipment.

RUNTX supports both 1 Unit MOQ and larger fleet orders. For distributors, rental businesses and industrial customers purchasing multiple machines, factory-direct supply can also include OEM/ODM branding, custom colors, mast and attachment configuration, as well as shipping documentation and export coordination.

A Bulk Order Is Really a Test of Process

For a 20-unit project, the finished forklift is only one part of the result.

The customer also needs the batch to be consistent, the agreed customization to be reproduced correctly, the machines to be checked before shipment and the complete fleet to move through export preparation smoothly.

This Indonesian CPD30 project shows that process from production through testing and loading.

For distributors and fleet buyers, that is often more important than seeing one perfect showroom machine. The real question is whether the supplier can repeat the same standard across twenty units—and then deliver them as one coordinated project.

Note: To protect commercial confidentiality, the customer’s company information and specific cooperation terms are not disclosed in this case.
