We recently finalized the production of two customized units of our 2.5 Ton Diesel Forklift (CPCD25), specially equipped with fully enclosed operator cabins. This case study highlights the configuration, functional validation, and export readiness of these robust machines before their overland journey to Kazakhstan.

Engineering for Extreme Climates: The Enclosed Cabin

In extreme operational environments, operator fatigue is a critical safety and productivity issue. A standard forklift overhead guard leaves the operator exposed to freezing winds, rain, and abrasive dust. To solve this, the two CPCD25 models destined for Kazakhstan were manufactured with premium fully enclosed cabins.

These specialized cabins are constructed with tempered safety glass to provide a wide, unobstructed field of vision while maintaining superior structural integrity. The enclosure effectively seals the operator away from harsh external elements. Furthermore, the cabins are pre-configured to accommodate specialized climate control systems, ensuring the operator remains alert, warm, and highly productive during the severe Kazakh winters. This level of ergonomic protection is a hallmark of our premium diesel forklifts.

Agile Power: The 2.5-Ton Advantage

While larger capacities are necessary for heavy port operations, the 2.5-ton capacity strikes the perfect balance for general warehousing and distribution yards. The CPCD25 features a compact wheelbase that provides an exceptional turning radius, making it incredibly agile in tight spaces.

Despite its compact footprint, the internal combustion engine delivers high-torque output to effortlessly manage heavy palletized goods. Whether operating on uneven outdoor loading docks or transitioning into semi-indoor storage facilities, these machines provide consistent, reliable lifting power without compromising on maneuverability.

Functional Testing: Steering and Lifting Validation

At RUNTX Machinery, our commitment to “out-of-the-box readiness” means our clients can put their equipment straight to work the moment it is unloaded. We do not rely solely on assembly line checks; we conduct physical, rigorous functional testing in our factory yard to guarantee absolute operational fluidity.

Before these two units were cleared for final dispatch, our senior testing technicians executed a comprehensive series of dynamic field trials:

• The technicians performed high-frequency mast lifting and lowering tests to ensure the hydraulic cylinders operated flawlessly without any shuddering or pressure loss.
• Maximum extension tests were conducted to verify that the wide-view mast channels remained perfectly stable under simulated dynamic loads.
• Strict steering maneuvers, including tight figure-eight turns, were executed to validate the responsiveness of the load-sensing hydraulic steering system.
• The powertrain and transmission were engaged in repetitive forward and reverse cycles to ensure smooth, immediate directional changes.

Ready for the Journey to Kazakhstan

With all functional tests successfully completed, the two enclosed-cabin CPCD25 forklifts have been moved to our dispatch center. Preparing equipment for international overland transport requires meticulous logistics planning. The machines are securely lashed onto flatbed transport, with all vulnerable components wrapped and protected to withstand the long journey across the Eurasian continent.
