For heavy-duty equipment buyers, the most meaningful moment does not happen when a forklift leaves the factory. It happens after the machine arrives, is unloaded, started for the first time and begins doing the work it was purchased for.

Recently, a customer in Poland shared a series of field photos with RUNTX after receiving a customized CPCD120 12-ton diesel forklift. The images document the full transition from international delivery to real operation, including unloading the machine, putting it into service and using it to handle a large prefabricated structure at the customer’s site.

For our team, this kind of customer feedback is more valuable than a staged factory photograph because it shows how the forklift performs after shipping, under real site conditions, with the customer’s own branding and working requirements.

From Delivery to Operation in Poland

The first stage was getting the equipment safely from international transport onto the customer’s site. Heavy-duty forklifts such as the CPCD120 are substantially larger and heavier than common 3-ton warehouse trucks, so unloading and positioning need to be planned before arrival.

In the customer’s feedback photos, the forklift was unloaded with crane assistance and then prepared for operation. The process went smoothly, with no reported complications between receipt of the machine and its first working assignment.

This matters especially to small and medium-sized equipment buyers. Unlike large fleet operators that may have dedicated commissioning teams, an independent contractor or industrial company often needs the machine to become productive as soon as possible after delivery.

A 12-Ton Forklift Put Straight to Work

The most important image from this project is not the machine standing still—it is the CPCD120 actually lifting.

The customer used the forklift to handle a large prefabricated building structure. This is exactly the type of application where a high-capacity diesel forklift becomes valuable: the load is large, bulky and difficult to manage with smaller conventional equipment.

This CPCD120 was not supplied as a generic stock machine. The customer requested a customized green body finish together with their own company logo applied to the forklift.

That kind of customization may look cosmetic, but for distributors, rental companies and industrial fleet owners it has practical value. Equipment often works in front of end customers, subcontractors and project partners, so keeping machinery consistent with the company’s visual identity helps the fleet look more professional.
